From Enmeshment to Empowerment

Nika is a wonderful therapist.

She made me comfortable from the first contact and I believe the kind of warm and openhearted communication she offers is an important component when working with a professional.

She is generous with her time and explanations, and I felt in very good and dedicated hands.

She listened carefully and understood very clearly what my needs were. It made the RTT session and recording perfectly tailored to my situation, and therefore really effective.

RTT results (one session) :
Not all my issues are solved but I believe that’s because they are, well… many! multi-multi-layered. I am convinced that this technic, applied to a single and precise problematic, has the power to solve it by itself.

I noticed important shifts in my life and behaviour. Also, many situations are coming to me, giving me the opportunity to respond differently and see how far I have come.

This session has definitely contributed to my healing journey and made me progress on things that would have taken much longer otherwise.

I was a bit skeptical about hypnosis at first, now I would 100% do it again recommend it to anybody. Especially with Nika.
